ELC Technologies has partnered with Buy.com to develop Garage Sale, a new app for Facebook. Garage Sale enables users to list items for sale, collect revenues, and purchase items from other sellers. Unlike eBay, with its myriad fees, Garage Sale charges a flat 5% rate. Until an item sells, you pay nothing! Garage Sale takes advantage of the social networking possibilities of Facebook to push ecommerce to the next level.
